Having outgrown our previous rental flat, we were looking to buy something with 3 bedrooms in the Blackheath area. With nothing suitable on his books on the day we contacted Woodhouse, Tom ‘put his feelers out’ and by the middle of the following week he had four properties for us to view, one of which was perfect, but on the market for a bit more than our budget. We told Tom what we could afford and he somehow negotiated the seller down to our offer. Three months later we have now moved in and are very very happy. Super service and incredible negotiating skills, thank you so much Tom and the team. We approached the team at Woodhouse to find tenants for our 2 bedroom flat and were immediately impressed by their knowledge of the area and what we could sensibly expect to receive for renting it out. The next day a member of their maintenance team came round to properly secure a radiator back on the wall and refresh the gloss paint throughout and a few days later the first people came to view. Exactly ten days after we had walked into the Woodhouse offices, we had a long-term tenant signed up and the deposit in our bank. Top-notch service, thank you David, Tom and the maintenance guy (sorry, can’t remember your name), I can’t recommend you guys highly enough. We’ve been using Woodhouse to look after the maintenance of our small block of student studio flats for the past 6 years. Given the problems that often arise with renting to young people, we have amazingly never had any complaints … call-outs have been dealt with promptly and professionally and the flats are still in very good condition, meaning that we can keep rental prices to the maximum. I can highly recommend these guys. Woodhouse made selling my flat a totally stress-free experience.
